"Had a problem with my PVS14 and he was rude and dismissive. Immediately went to blaming me vs the product. The issue was from the minute I received it so no way I "damaged the tube". Spend a couple hundred more and purchase from someone with customer service and that stands behind their product. Everyone can claim he has good customer service, and he does when he’s trying to get your money. The REAL customer service test comes when there’s a defect with his product. That’s when you’ll see how poor this guy is. In response to his “response”…I never “blasted” the IR around the house. Yes I turned it on to view it, but it was never for more than a few seconds, and no burn marks ever appeared. If the IR is off, there is not, and never has been burn marks. And I told him this as well. He’s stuck in the fact that yes the internal IR was shined at a wall for mere seconds, and refuses to acknowledge the fact that I told him MULTIPLE times that the shodowing only occurs when the internal Illuminator is on. Took a night course and even glow sticks would cause black streaking across the tube just by them being in the line of sight, once again, NOT STARING AT THEM, just by them being visible in motion. I can also take my dbal laser, shine it at a dirt berm 40yards away and draw shapes into the tube without the laser ever staying still, always in constant motion. Takes about 30-45 seconds to dissipate. I have showed his competitors this tube at shot show, as well as other vendors and all of them laugh at the quality of this tube. I have also since purchase a second pvs14 from a more reputable company, and have done the EXACT same “blasting” that he claims, even have given it worse conditions with length of time and longer duration pointed in the same direction and the issue cannot be replicated with it. So the only conclusion is his tubes aren’t up to par. And he never once offered any assistance other than telling me to black box a tube that has no permanent burn marks. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!"
