"Store is very well stocked. Staff was super friendly. Awesome experience!"
"This store is the best in the area, staff is friendly and the best, they carry top quality products, they go out of there way to foster local gaming groups and provide a safe and welcoming space, if your in southern NH there is no better place to hang out and make new friends."
"One of my go to spots for fighting gunpla kits and supplies. Often the only place I can find the supplies I need I do wish they'd carried Mr.Hobby Aqueous as its my preferred paint but still"
"I was hugely impressed to find a quality games store on my doorstep when I moved to Derry. My old semi-local store was the one to beat and Midgard holds up well. A large stock of most of the popular games (GW et Al) and a large number of gaming tables, which I will be experiencing for the first time this Sunday."
"Went in this past weekend after my son has been striking out finding anything on the shelves for that Disney card game that everybody seems into right now. He was super psyched to see they actually had them here. However that quickly changed when I inquired about pack limits and price. It was awkwardly explained to me that they were only selling to account holders. When I asked how the account thing worked it was obvious we were not welcomed here..."we are only selling them to people who have been buying stuff from us for a long time." Something about trying to eliminate scalpers. Let's put aside the debate of this logic and ignore the irony of this thinking for a place that sells collector cards, and jump right to the question of how one becomes a long time buyer if one cannot buy anything. However that was not the point here; it was clear we were not welcomed or wanted and the preference was we go away. Which is fine. They have their inner circle and there is no room for anybody else. Just do yourself a favor and go down the street to Awesome Cards and Hobbies like we did. They had the same packs and not only would they sell them to us, the buy limit was higher. The staff talked my son up about the game, building his deck and coming in for their organized game nights. Signed us up to be reward members and encouraged my son to come in whenever he wanted to talk strategy....this is not going to happen at Midgard. Save your time and efforts and go someplace else that wants you there."
