"Fix your elevator and turn up the AC it's been MONTHS. I'd also like to edit that it does say climate controlled. After the reviews I read recently I'm apolled at the temperature of my unit. Edit: after two months later they put ac in the middle of July."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Rented for 5 years and rarely had to go to the unit. Rates constantly went up with little notice.Went recently to start clearing it and items are missing and others are covered in mold. Called the office and was told that it’s not all climate controlled only some units are and it’s not their problem. Then told to call today for the property manager who hasn’t answered or called back. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!"

"Absolutely garbage. Been calling two times a week because my unit has a lock on it and i dont have access even though im paid up and current?? Property manager either died disappeared or isnt answering voicemails"

"Great service from start to finish!!! The first woman I spoke with on their main office line was very informative as well as compassionate to the situation that brought me needing storage. Then their site manager was more than accommodating in meeting me at the exactly agreed time and walked me through the process from start to finish. Her personality as well as courtesy are both things not often found lately. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone ."

"DO NOT BOOK A UNIT ON THE FIRST FLOOR OR HERE AT ALL IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS. After a short two months, a bunch of my stuff in storage grew mold. I don't know what went wrong for a space that is supposed to be climate controlled. The first floor physically felt humid and wet when I went to move everything out. I may just be unlucky seeing the other glowing reviews, but I will never use this storage space again. Only positive was that the staff on-site was nice and helpful enough, but that doesn't make up for my lost money and time."
