"I heard of a group at Still Water Church called "celebrate recovery" a couple years ago from a friend of a friend at another church. I asked this lady for the address and she didn't know but she said she had no car and asked for a ride. I picked her up in the revere projects and we went. They had pizza and drinks before meeting."very nice" I met Dennis (I think that was his name) and wife and others, they were very nice. Me and his wife chatted and I told her I was in recovery for 40 years and had been to 12 steps and other celebrate recovery groups for years. She asked me to be the speaker that nite and I said yes. I met her husband and he had a little energy toward me. Went up stairs for meeting and he didn't want me to speak (very awkward) He never called on me. He said he was going to talk and his subject was how men take advantage of woman who are at a lower level or in crises or poverty. it seemed like he was talking about me and he was. I tried talking to him after while he was pulling down the shades and he was a prideful, arrogant self-righteous, judgmental so called minister and cold shouldered me big time. He is one of the preachers there. Judgement is a major issue in this country. He assumed with HIS negative beliefs and wounds and did not treat me nice at all. I would never go back there."
"Spirit filled fellowship and teaching."
