"I will never purchase another item from them they are so please to help when you walk in the door I purchased a washer machine and only had it two months and brought it new and it stop working and the manger would not help are get it fix and she wouldn’t return my call every time I call the ladies up there play on phone like they are the manger and then when I present to them the problem they say she not in today I really feel like they don’t deserve a one star because the customer service is way out of hand need to work on there people skills I guess that little commission they really need it I would even buy anything else from them and it need to be close down they only walk around gossiping about everybody business the head people need to come in the store I also purchase a warranty and this experience I never really want to purchase nothing from Badcock again . I am thinking about taking them to court."

"To be honest, wouldn't leave one star at all. But you got to leave one star to do the rating they nice when u first coming through the door of the place but lil u don't know when something go wrong u get the real business of them than no nice and have u calling the warranty people a hundred times both of them tell u they can't help u And you done bought a extended warranty for no reason so if u trying to buy something make sure u look over who u buying it from will never get anything else from them"
