"I went to the store quite unsure how and what to do to get the fast and cheaper way to send a packet out to New Zealand. I was taking by surprise with a such outstanding service provided. They just not only showed me the best rates but they took good care with the goods I was willing to send. It was easy to do so and the package arrive over there safe and sound 16 days after the shipping date. Congratulations guys I certainly would recommend this place for everyone who needs international Corrier."

"Very poor experience. As a small business owner who ships all over the world, I went to this shipping store as I just moved to the area. The man working clearly did not want to work with me. I politely told him I needed to ship with FedEx and he wanted me to ship another method. Then he said he couldn’t ship this type of item, and I pointed out that wasn’t true as I shipped with FedEx all the time. Then he told me I would have to repackage it and wanted me to use their packaging, I said no, and took it two miles away and shipped with FedEx no problem. This was my standard business packaging and usual contents. I know the rules for FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. I will not give them another chance as they clearly are inept or don’t want some peoples business. Their loss."

"CLEAN. POLITE. PROFESSIONAL. Dan and his crew will give you the costs of different carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), will package your items neat and clean, and get them out on time. The folks here are super-polite, smart, well spoken, and I can't say enough good things about them; a real top-notch operation."

"I frequent North Shore Pack and ship for my shipping needs as I love supporting local business owners being one myself. Typically the experience is great however during this holiday season the service has been not up to par. I sent out two packages one got mailed back to me instead of the recipient and the other was a equipment being sent to a new employee that didn't arrive a week after it was shipped and I was supplied with no tracking number. When I called to get a tracking number they told me to call back in the evening because they had 5 people in front of them and I asked what carrier it was shipped with so I could advise my new hire and the gentleman said he didn't know.. The gentleman appears very stressed and am sure it is due to being able to find employees to assist during this busy time but either way a customer shouldn't be treated like they are a bother to them. Other than that these guys are great to use during non busy times of year."
