"I have never experienced someone so unkind and rude in customer service. I was told I was unprepared for trying to send a package to a soon to be bride that accidentally got sent to me. I asked for options to get it to the correct person at a reasonable time and between her eye rolls and heavy sighs and the rude comments she made responding to my questions was enough for me to leave and go elsewhere. I’m very disappointed that the United States post office would accept and allow this individual to be employed and represent the postal service. Happy holidays!"

"i go to the post office quite often and every time i go Lisa! the fifty yr old cranky white lady who is racist, disrespectful and rude. i’ve heard her scream at old hispanic lady to learn how to speak english! and this was in multiple occasions! however the other lisa and a few two other ladies. but oh my! lisa i strongly suggest you retire! this job requires someone patient understanding and bilingual! thank you have a good night"
