AT&T Store 7474 Nashville Street, Ringgold, GA 30736

"I called the Ringgold Ga att store to report a problem. The young man that answered the phone asked me if I had to do this right now and I said I only had 30 days to get this taken care of. He told me to hold and then he switched me over to the ATT main customer service whom I had already spoken to before speaking to the Ringgold store. The young man put me on hold and said see what he can do in the next thing I know I was transferred to the main customer service number. I hung up and called the Ringgold Georgia store again and the young man they had set it up so the calls would not get to him, but we go straight to AT&T Customer Service!! I’m going to seriously consider switching to Verizon if this problem isn’t taken care of!"

"I live in Ringgold and was changing from T-Mobile and Mint. The Ringgold, Nashville street location is so very convenient. I was also very fortunate to have Lana take care of everything, even when I didn't have the information I needed. I basically just stood there while she did everything for me and had my phone activated before I left. She is awesome. I asked how long she had been doing this. She said 6 months and I was even more impressed. Management Material for sure. Thank you for your product knowledge, ease in activation, helping me pick the correct plan, great customer service that I'm not use to, and all in all the easiest phone purchase I've ever made."

"When you go to this store, see Lana!!! She was very nice and answered all the questions. She completed the the transaction, like at champ! Arianna, the store manager, added extras to my line, even though I specifically told her that I was not interested in them. We did not find out, until checking our bill. This is not a AT&T store., only an authorized dealer. As always, please be careful and get a receipt."
