"Came here back in the day a few times with some friends on a mission. Mary Drake and team members are very helpful to the community. Entering the office I was greeted very kindly from the crew that was hard at work. ~ Friendly & Respectful"
"My dog passed away during the northeastern storm we had I had to put her in my refrigerator then my power went out I called animal control and Tom came to my house and picked up my dog of 15 years who passed away and brought her to the shelter and stored her for me until the pet cemetery came and picked her up for cremation I just want to say that the women and men at the Brockton animal control are the top animal control unit that I have ever seen they care deeply and they're not rude they help you in any way they can I thank you people it meant a lot to me"
"It seems like I'm always finding lost dogs roaming the neighborhood, while I'm out walking my own dog. Everytime I call them they've come within 10 minutes and they're always super nice to me, but more importantly the dogs. If my dog ever got lost I trust they would do everything they could to keep her calm and safe."
"Never had any decent experience with them. Called on different occasions for stray animals, injured animals, ect. They refused to come and were always rude. Even when local police called them they refused to come. They need to shut down because they're doing their job anyway. Will be calling the BBB."
"Had to call animal control for a big scary looking(appeared to be a lab/pit bull mix)stray dog roaming my neighborhood. Within the span of 15 minutes I saw animal control patrolling the area with their vehicle looking for the dog. They assured us that they were pretty sure the dog was harmless and had been spotted by others but did not attack. They believed it was a lost dog. They but us at ease. They were very nice."
