"really disappointed in Tr Motors. Purchased a 2007 jeep in 2020 4dr Wrangler manual 2wd. nice vehicle no real issue. Dec of 23 looking to trade my Manual jeep for an Automatic jeep Daughter is 15. Go back to TR motors and we agree on a deal. I drive the Jeep 5 months less then 4000 the motor goes out. I came back to TR motors not yelling,but looking to buy another vehicle. I fined a vehicle I like, but because they only wanted to take $1000 off the sticker. I decided to shop elsewhere. no issues on my part. bad luck on my part, the vehicle I buy 2015 Audi Q5 breaks down after less the 2000 miles. Now I have 2 vehicles (paying on ) the Audi is being handle by the car dealer I bought it from in a professional manner. So now I am back at TR motors asking to trade the jeep in ( blown engine) in as a down payment on another one of their vehicles. it still has value despite blown engine. used engine $4 to $5 grand ) TR Motors said no. they don't trade for a non moving car. it might have more then a blown engine. They sold it to me just 4 months before engine blown. I only owe $5000 on the jeep has To be worth that. 2007 jeep Wrangler 4dr 4wd Black widow addition 150, 000 miles. Really disappointed in how TR motors is choosing to handle. not the way to treat loyal customers. 2 vehicles purchased, many referrals and others customers sent your way. but thanks ok. People should know both good and bad that business handle tough situation. TR motors get 0 stars"
