"I work for the haverhill post office and never have I ever experienced a worse customer service person than the clerk "Barb" I was dropping off packages which she greeted me with such disrespect like she was bothered I was dropping off my packages, will never go to the merrimac post office again."

"I don't know if the individual who has me on their route has it out for us, but we have had a ton of problems with them. Driving over/ ripping up our lawn. Taking out fence posts. Packages left in puddles or half in the street. Deliveries of time sensitive items sent to the wrong address. Marked as delivered but clearly not. In contacting the branch they can't tell us where our stuff ends up. Estimated delivery times will pass and then they will update them to a later time, which will again pass. It is extremely frustrating to deal with these people as they don't seem to want to take accountability. I get it, things get lost, but 50% of what I order ended up lost or unusable."

He went above and beyond to help a customer out in need. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great Great Service!!!"
