"Update: regional manager personally called me and validated my concerns. Says a fix is coming, admitted to network issues and apologized for staff and network issues. Taking a wait and see approach. And adding back some stars. About one out of every three times I come in to use my MapcoExpress discount the gas pump times out, causing me to change pumps and lose my reward discount. Tonight I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting, which is what the screen said to do. I pressed the call attendant button many, many times, to no avail. I finally went inside, and there was no one in there. Looked around and finally was given the international sign for wait a minute from one of the three employees in the back. I waited and was again told it wasn't their fault and there is nothing they can do, which I already knew. You have a telecom issue and never fix it. I don't care if it is a corporate office issue, it affects me, my time, my mood, and my price of gas. I drive by 15 stations to come to your station and yet it's not your problem. I'm aware it is my problem, businesses with customer focused attitudes make my problem their problem. Maybe you could start there..."
