"I had the bacon burgers from here before. Meat taste was amazing. Tasted great from the sample I had. I was excited to use them. Place was very clean as well. That is where the good stops. You never see anyone there..period..they dont answer the phone ever. And they left a couple of messages for me to pick up my deer...I called several times...NEVER an answer..twice I made the 30 minute drive to pick up said deer..around 3 pm..no one is ever there and they will not answer the phone, so you really dont have a choice but to make the drive out there..30 minutes one way, and hope that they are there. I can not see making a 3rd drive back out there. I lost a deer...they lost a customer that feeds his family on many deer per season. I will stick with Seminole in Phenix City. They always answer and someone is always there. Just got called back. You have to read their sign for pick up hours 4 to 7. I never saw it. Or was told that in my messages."
