"It's a great place to claim your tickets."
"Clearly the woman who looks to be 200-300 yrs old (and most likely a vampire) is a detriment to the whole organization. Since my experience with her a few weeks back (where I was asked to provide a social security card or W2) and when I couldn’t, she proceeded to take my claims form (with my SS number on it) and refused to give it back until I demanded it….She sucks and clearly hates her job. Time to put homely Elvira, “out to pasture” Mass State Lottery!"
"Such a disturbing experience with the older women who works at the desk. So rude!!!! We were trying to be polite and her rudeness pushed us to the point where I ended up telling her she needed an attitude adjustment. It was our first time there as my 84 year old mother won. Instead of helping us, she insulted us numerous times. It was a bother for her to complete her job. I feel a need to write this complaint because no one should be treating anyone with such rudeness and disregard, especially when we did not give her any reason to feel as though she should. Others came up to us after they saw and told us of incidents that other people have had with her. So sad that the excitement of winning a big lottery prize for the first time was dampened by the rudeness and inconsideration of a worker who looks as though she hates her job."
"Won a nice $5,000 prize off a scratch ticket late at night. Woke up early the next day not sure of how to get it cashed but by 11:00am they cut me a check and the money in hand before lunch. The guy at the window had a great attitude and felt like they are excited to help people win money."
"I went to this place to cash my winning ticket. The old lady in front gave us hard time and bad attitude. She said we have to provide the id with signature and refused to cash the winning ticket. Also she refused to give the form which has all my person information and social number. I think she has race discrimination. We went to another office and we got the ticket cashed. It happed around 12 on December 20. 2022. There was only one old lady work in front."
