"Last Friday, I requested a cake for my dog's birthday. I was told they would not be able to make it over the weekend, but that they would have it ready by Monday. I said that was fine. When Monday rolled around, I waited for a call telling me it was ready, but never received one. Finally, after hearing nothing all weekend or Monday, my mother showed up in-person on Tuesday and asked if it was ready. She was told it wasn't, and that because they "hadn't heard anything from me" they just never made one at all and that she could come by Wednesday if I wanted one. No apology was given, and no responsibility was taken. For Woof Gang: The employee who spoke to me and my mother today was named Julie. UPDATE: The owner has resolved the situation and I have since learned that there was more going on than was made apparent to me. I want to thank Jennifer for going out of her way to make things right. I did not write this review with the intention of being compensated, but I do think I was mistaken about my perception of Woof Gang after this incident. I am updating review from 1 star to 5 to account for this."
"Michelle did a wonderful job grooming my almost 15 year old Schnauzer. He’s a handful since he is aging, but she was so patient with him. He looked so good when I picked him up!"

"Woof Gang is a great place to take your dogs for grooming or to grab some treats! I took my previous golden that was a tripawd to Jennifer so when she opened Wood Gang of course we followed her with our newest golden Annie! Annie has major anxiety but each groomer she has had there always gets down on her level to pet her and make her feel comfortable before taking her back! We highly recommend going here!"
"I dropped my mom's dumb dog off here to be groomed. The store is very clean, organized, and has a lot of animal toys, treats, and clothes. The staff is also very friendly and they were also very accommodating of my mom's dumb dog. The prices are fair and the service quick. So even though my mom has a dumb dog this groomer was a great place to take it."
