"I applied for cash benefits in June, finally some useless guy picked up the phone today, said my application was never submitted!? I Submitted it 3 times! He never asked me for the application confirmation number, rude and unhelpful. Apparently one can appily over the phone but you have to be over 60??"

"Don’t waste your time calling these people office is really unprofessional they won’t call back not even if you leave a voicemail. Better to go in person which is very inconvenient for people who do not have a vehicle. Been calling for a whole entire month have not received one call back"

"I found it very strange. They declined my request for cash benefits on the same day my case manager went on vacation July 18-August 2nd or 3rd of 2023! Something is not right over there. I definitely should be qualified for disability. I sent in every documents that I needed."

"It is now 9:09am on Monday September 8, 2014. I have called my case manager 5 times in the last month and never received a call back. I called her again today. I then called the supervisor line and pressed 0 for an operator. 3 times after at least 20 rings I was hung up on. You could hear someone pick up the phone and click it. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my lifetime. If they had a 0 star rating that is what I would give. I just changed offices as of June of this year due to a move I made. My old office was bad but at least my case manager got back to me in a few days....... HORRIBLE"
