"Mosquito mosquitoes mosquiti, good birding nevertheless."
"I thought i was gonna break sweat walking here the views were nice but to get a workout i suggest going elsewhere"
"This is a nice accessible trail in a fairly urban area without a whole lot of nature access. All of Quincy is post-industrial but the Neponset is also the only real estuary remaining off Boston Harbor (the Charles and Mystic both have dams and no saltmarsh). So in spite of it being short and under a Logan flightpath I give it a thumbs up anyway."
"My daughters and I decided to take a nice walk this morning and wanted to try out this trail. We applied bug spray and started out. Within 1 minute we're swarmed with crazy amounts of mosquitos. We literally ran back to the car with my daughters sobbing. Just a forwarding for other parents."
"I love this trail! It’s 2/3 of a mile of wonderful marshes views, gorgeous trees with apples or berries and soft breeze. Especially in sunny day, in the fall, Billing Creek Salt Marsh Trail looks most delightful. “It was October again ... a glorious October, all red and gold, with mellow mornings when the valleys were filled with delicate mists as if the spirit of autumn had poured them in for the sun to drain — amethyst, pearl, silver, rose, and smoke-blue. The dews were so heavy that the fields glistened like cloth of silver and there were such heaps of rustling leaves in the hollows of many-stemmed woods to run crisply through.” L.M. Montgomery"
