"I've been to this location a few times without any issues before. It was just today's experience that I will not be coming back again. I had 4 packages that I wanted to deliver, and I expected it to be quick like always. I usually get my packages scanned by the same employee, but today it was by someone different. For some reason he wanted to bring out the manager to see if my packages were ok to send. For some context, I sell stuff but the company already provides me with prepaid labels, so I tape them onto my packages. Some of the packages are smaller, so I cut them out to make sure they fit. The manager comes out and I explain that to him. He was rude and kept saying how customs wouldn't allow that to go through and didn't really listen to me. Considering how the recent reviews are all complaining about management, they should fix their attitude. After that, I went to the USPS on 47 Washington St. They scanned all my packages quickly without any issues. Save your time and go there instead."
"Negative service and the supervisor is rude and doesn’t care about the customers , they need to hire right manager in the right position like other post offices in quincy"
"This is the only post office that will not accept return packages with printed slips if it doesn’t say the same day. A company doesn’t always send you the return slip immediately sometimes it’s hours later or the next day. So I’m confused why the manager here keeps this bizarre rule. Must be nice to not have kids and a life where things come up?? If the company says you have to return something by a certain date that is all that should matter. Me having to spend time on the phone speaking with a very confused costumer rep to get another postage slip who says they have never heard of this is a waste of time. Then after all that time getting the company to finally email me a new one after waiting all day it’s after hours and the post office is closed so it is yet again not the correct date. This policy should be revised."
"The Mid age mail supervisor is super rude, disrespectful to the customers, kept talking on himself, and never let you speak out, kept interrupting the conversation when someone talking. the worest customer service in the town, and he still thought he is providing good service, kind of humiliated. the rest representatives are very well, except this supervisor, he is the only person spoiled the reputation for this office. should give a negative review if possible."
"The customer service representatives are very rude and disrespectful! They don't listen. I posted a male pickup only to receive a confirmation email saying that mail was successfully picked up, but In fact, no one picked it up. As a result, my male was delayed to my customer. My customer is unsatisfied with the late shipping/delivery process. I opened the investigation. Later on the day, the USPS supervisor called me and apologized for the mistake that happened with the package pick up. Hopefully, they'll pick it up today. I wish the customer service representative could be professional and knowledgeable with the customers."
