"Tried online to request a permit regarding a trash pick up after 12 attempts I could not finalize the permit online due to the website not working correctly, so I took a ride over to the office where I encountered the most unhappy miserable woman that would not even get up from her desk to try to help and she just kept repeating the same ignorant things until finally she got up and attempted to help me which she also failed at because she would not comprehend that the website was not accepting payments. The office does not accept cash and the credit card machines had a note that said out of order. How is a tax paying honest person supposed to do business in a situation like this. I did not get the useless womans name but if she did have a name tag it would say horrible useless woman."
"I went in for a conversion from single family to two families, and the staff were very professional. They have done everything they could to help me go through the process. Louis specifically was extremely helpful, listened carefully to all my questions and provided all the help he could to make the process seamless. "Building department in Revere is awful. is not organized is dirty and the employees are not nice. Communication is horrible, they abused the consumer's time. It seems there are not procedures to be followed ...you get a different request or information, in a same subject, at every try to connect with this department . Very sad to see so much arrogance and so little service in a city that is growing rapidly ."
