"Ugh, terribly buggy. Major breeding ground. I won’t be back."
"Beautiful area and very nice trails."
"I did 3.5 miles in 1 hour and 25 minutes. It's a moderate trail with inclines/declines and starts out wide and narrows further in. Such a peaceful place with the birds singing the entire time. There's a few boardwalks/bridges to cross and a few large muddy areas but are maneuverable. I heard geese, saw ducks and a monarch butterfly. Most of the time you are walking over stones or roots. A couple of small waterfalls to see and what looks like a beaver dam. The bugs weren't too bad at this time of year. Parking for a few cars on Middleton Road. I highly recommend this trail to recharge yourself."
"I lived here so I’m biased. Hello tourist. A lot of people died here. Stop jumping into the quarry. There are sharp rocks. 19 people over the course of 19 years have died here, at least once a year. It’s now haunted. Enjoy your ghost stories ooooo spooky."
"Google maps misdirects you when it tries to get you here, dropping you off in a neighborhood that is near the forest, but with no sign of a trail head. The map I've attached shows where I found one entrance, where there was space for only two cars. However, I suspect there are more pull off areas along this same road. A good long loop, with fairly easy trails. Some nice pond and swamp views. Very quiet on a Friday morning."
