"Verizon is unhelpful in troubleshooting their Ethernet circuits. Verizon is made of multiple sub organizations which do not share information efficiently, and are quick to pass blame. They excel at close tickets without actually fixing the service. On the other hand, they are usually quite helpful and responsive to issues with POTS lines. Oftentimes a technician is sent out the same day. My review would be 1 star if not for the excellent POTS repair service."
