"They have no clue, when I took the phone to have them see why it wasn't connecting to Tmobile after switching from Verizon, they first said "Oh your device isn't payed off, its locked" never looked to see. Finally they looked, after them fiddling with it for about 10 minutes. I had to ask if it might be a bad SIMS card. Sure enough it was."

"My Phillipino bonus Mom discovered her phone had been disconnected. She had automatic CC payment deduction. Unknown to her T-Mobile no longer accepts Ccs. She had her service reinstated in person with a debit card. However, when she left the store she was still confused on charges and did not know the amount of her future monthly bill."

"We did not have a good experience at T-Mobile. I took my mom to the store so that she could get an upgrade and we had a few other questions about our plan. The lady that assisted us was not friendly and rushed us. My mom wasn't sure which phone she wanted to get and after the lady explained the prices of the different phones, she immediately asked "So which one is it? I like to keep things moving and there are two customers behind y'all." We could of left but we wanted to get it over with. We picked a phone and she then transferred the old data to the new phone. She informed us we could sit at the table or somewhere else. Well, the tables were occupied and we just wanted to stand near the counter where she had the phones. She commented and said something along the lines of "It's not going to transfer faster by y'all standing there." We were never rude to her so I am not sure if this is the way she comes off. We kept it professional, but we were not satisfied. We also wanted to extend our JUMP lease on one phone line but I couldn't stand being in the store another minute so I will go to another T-Mobile store."
