"I am Second in line for ten minutes while a man is being served at the front of the line who apparently is filling out forms and needs all kinds of help. There are now six of us on line with packages to send. This is outrageous."
"I mailed letter on March 21, 2023 at Milton Post Office (East Milton) going to address IN Milton. It arrived today, April 6, 2023. Same town 16 days and I brought them into the Post Office myself and handed them to a clerk. A friend in FLA received hers before a friend in Milton. Can someone explain this please?"
"I had a very bad experience with a staff (an Asian man) at the USPS. We scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have her passport renewed. The staff was very rude and did not do the passport even when he could have. He insteady ripped off the second part of the form instead of finishing the process. Another staff (Janice) had to help us."
"I waited at the window for so long it seemed like the staff was intentionally ignoring me. 6 - 8 people walked by, made eye contact and moved on. The poor soul who eventually helped me clearly drew the short straw. That person was immediately rude, argumentative and intent on not helping me. I walked out without completing my transaction. Fortunately, I don't go to the post office often. Unfortunately, my experience is very similar every time I do go. The staff here are brain dead, incapable of logic and clearly hate their lives. One thing we should all agree on is to defund the post office."
"They are always late delivering packages, the mailman deliver the mails and kept packages, especially the weekend drivers on Saturday, forget to deliver the package on Saturday even when it shows out for Delivery he waited until Monday, this happened more than once."
