"Stay away from the one on 490 Eastern Ave Malden the property manager over there is scamming people and she is rude as hell . She was trying to get me to pay her lock smith to unlock my unit after the lock and key they provided didn’t work resulting in me having to pay for another unit else where . And then to top it all off i called the regional Director johnathan to file a complaint and let him know i recorded some of it for proof and all he had to say was you can’t record in the facility completely looked over the fact that i was be scammed.Have video but can’t upload."

"Wouldn’t use if we didn’t need it. Their monthly fees just increase with little notice and you have little choice living in greater Boston where there are few options for adequate storage in your apartment so we don’t have much of a choice until we leave the area. Can’t wait to not have to use a storage again one day. Also there are mice and the staff are a bit rude (except Stephanie, she’s clearly doing her best)"

"Fantastic experience moving out! Wonderful support from Stephanie - I greatly appreciated her helpfulness as I was a bit lost on what I needed to do to move out of my unit, and I could imagine how annoying it could be at the end of the month with various folks moving out or moving in - but she helped me every step of the way. Not only was she helpful and friendly, she also knew everything inside out which I greatly appreciated as I was moving to another location that is closer to where I live. Stephanie helped me make sure that the transition was smooth. The world needs more Stephanie’s! That being said, moving in to my new Public Storage location was wonderful as well - if you ever a storage unit, I can’t recommend Public Storage and Stephanie enough!"
