"I will not return to this location. If I called in to T-Mobile customer service they would verify my account pin and then be able to help me with whatever I needed. There should not be extra requirements in the store. Makes no sense. As a customer it’s easy to pick up on those that want to help you and those that are wanting to move you along so they can get to the next customer that walks in. Very disheartening."

"I had a wonderful experience yesterday upgrading my phone. I'm terrible with names, but I believe the man that helped me was named Michael. He was kind and funny and patient when I had to run across the street to grab my debit card from my husband. There was an issue with the sku on the popsocket I was purchasing as well and the manager that helped was wonderful as well. I had my daughter with me and they interacted with her and made her feel like she was part of everything. I usually order online but needed a phone yesterday and the experience made me have faith in doing things in person again."
