"I have a disability to were I fall all the time and I live in a section 8 housing, if it were not for the firefighters I probably wouldn’t be here, I’m feeling very terrible because I fell recently and they had to kick my door open to get me,,, now our building management won’t fix my door, or lock , until firefighters are billed for and I don’t feel that it is fare for someone who saves lives to be billed for saving my life and I don’t feel that’s right"
