"Better than nothing, but the trains are slow because of slow zones and infrequent, every 10-15 minutes, and they aren't even 24 hours. Terrible. Atleast its a good transit interchange when they are running"
"As a company critic, want to help the passengers who are traveling on the Red Line---- Customer Service to issue a new card or other related problems but may not be available at times, machines available to add fares, many entrances which can be confusing, steep stairs, floor wet at times, only elevator is near TJ Max, Tip: Go to Park Street station with a minute walk to Downtown. (Uneven grounding, homeless people, high prices, construction at times) Macy’s, TJ Max, Marshalls, Primark, Champs, DSW, Starbucks, Food Court *open-11am, Dunkin *inside,"
"Good station, perfect for going to Bostons downtown shopping district. The station serves its purpose, but it is dirty and smells funny in some places. It also can be confusing to navigate is you are not accustomed to the T. Some entrances only allow passengers to board a train in a certain direction, and require navigation to find the right platform. Other than that however, it’s a super handy station with connections to the Red and Orange lines, Silver Line 5, and passageway to the Green Line at Park Street."
"Good location on downtown, near big stores like Macy’s , primark, gap , Marshall’s and tjmarks . Easy to transfer to orange line in state or near Boston common"
"Great station that has connections to many places. Can be busy during weekdays but a very convenient spot to get any train. The downtown crossing area is nice too with a lot of shopping malls and stores to enjoy. Fun to place to go with friends."
