"Beautiful historic synagogue, many interesting events."
"History, culture, linking tradition with innovation: these are all part of the Bostonian ethos. Vilna Shul embodies all of these ideals as well. The downstairs is a mini museum to the history of synagogues in Boston, immigration, and contains snippets of a very interesting migration over the past 250 years. The upstairs, is a beautiful synagogue that is still undergoing restoration. If you enjoy history, it’s a great place to visit. If you enjoy architecture, it’s a great place to visit. Walking around the streets of Beacon Hill adds to the experience as well."
"Beautiful and historic space in the heart of Boston. A great place to visit! Plus, they hold events that are really fun! Can't wait to spend more time here and explore more."
"Beautiful building. Friendly volunteer docents provide free tours of the historic upper floor synagogue and the ground floor has an exhibit of Jewish immigrants in varioys Boston neighborhoods. The center also does group tours and regular community events."
