"What can I say about this place? I visit all the time for a safe walk when I don't want to go to the woods by myself. It's nice. Sometimes you see the infamous koi fish (silly as it sounds I believe they are lucky). Sometimes you see an egret fighting a hawk in mid air, other times you just see some crazy things you don't normally see every day. In the fall, this place becomes a cesspool for beautiful photos. This powerful cemetery never disappoints. Be sure to find the Tamasi Haskell tomb because the glass rose window piece is breathtaking."
"About 2 years back they put some real money and time in Forest Dale cemetery... it's much easier to navigate with each section clearly identified to the new corresponding mapping. There's a easy to understand sign with the map to your left as you pull In ...There's usually a weather proof box with smaller maps to take if needed it's attached to the big map sigh post"
"This place is magical in many ways, it holds a special place in my heart from where I was a child running around the pond to now where I am visiting lost friends and family. I am there almost everyday and you start to realize how beautiful life can be even when you pass on and new beginnings start. "This cemetery is beautiful and well kept. The Lilly pond has mammoth carps. I enjoy the willows that overlook the water. If you sit quietly, you can hear the lillys snap. A nice place to reflect after visiting the grave sites."
