"Jim at the West Boxford post office is a tremendous resource and extremely useful in helping in processing both domestic and international mailed parcels. He has even held packages that were incorrectly label. Jim does a great job and represents the USPS to its highest standards!"

Based on other reviews of this post office, it’s less surprising I suppose. Wild that a postal employee would speak to people in this manner."

"I came here to mail a package and buy some stamps the day after thanksgiving, it looked like it was closed but it was open and the clerk was very nice and helpful, gave me the right box to get the best price on my package and showed me a bunch of different stamps. He said he wasn't usually at this office, I didn't catch his name but the post office needs more clerks like him!"
