"Absolutely beautiful garden to walk through at any time of day. There's a lot of traffic but that didn't bother me. The flowers and plants could use some love and care as some of them didn't look like they were doing very well. I'm not a gardener or have any knowledge of plants and flowers or was just the display. I feel there should be some people that are keeping up with it as it's a very well-known tourist area. The infinity water fountain was absolutely beautiful!!"
"The waterfront park is nice, but the rose garden within is very disappointing. Very small and not a single tea rose. There were some other nice flowers such as the huge sunflowers, but if you are looking for roses,this isn't it."
"The roses were forgotten and they were not maintained very well. Maybe it's the time of the year. There were a few lovely Rose brushes that had beautiful blooms. I enjoyed the area, the Water fountain, the area Was so Clean and you Could feel a breeze from the Harbor."
