"DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I recently had a terrible experience purchasing a 2022 Mazda3 from this dealer, and I want to warn others to stay away from this dishonest business. 1. The whole purchase process was shady. It started with a one-page broker-like contract instead of a normal dealer contractor, even though they claimed themselves to be a dealer. They admitted they have title jumping issues, which is not legit. They only give you all the files after they receive the money in their bank, even for bill of sale. I didn't see even a screenshot of the title before I transferred so I was concerned if they actually have the files. You can't even take your car back if your car get towed away. 2. Regarding shipping, they just dumped the car in an airport parking lot with the key hidden on the rear tire. The "truck driver" didn't call me at all if there was one. Since the odometer is 2.3k+ higher than what on file (which was just 11 days before I signed the contract), I doubt how it got shipped, as they refused to provide a bill of lading despite my repeated requests over a full week. 3. The car has serious UNDISCLOSED ACCIDENTS!!! The entire passenger side has undergone extensive bodywork, with the quality of the repairs being notably poor and unprofessional. The front right door has been entirely replaced, with an exposed fender. The right rear door has noticeably used body fillers. The right rear quarter also exhibits a wavy texture and strong magnet can't stick to it, indicating excessive use of body filler and severe damage. Furthermore, the trunk lid, rear light assembly, and rear panels near the tail lights are misaligned, with visible gaps and uneven seams, suggesting improper repairs following rear-end damage. Additionally, one key is missing, which will cost me around $600 to get a new one. 4. It's overpriced considering all the conditions. The amount I pay is only 4k below the msrp price, so I expect a good condition for this car with 26.3k mileage upon receipt. For the amount I paid for this vehicle, I could have added a few thousand more and bought a brand new car instead. The conditions were all not disclosed before shipping. There is no "as is" term in my contract but they still refuse to return the car, unless it is all at my cost. The attitude is very bad. They also threatened me even though they have no ground for it. This is fraud."
