"I was so hopeful about our experience. The guy who came out to quote us seemed great, pricing was good. It took much more back and forth to schedule pick up than expected, but whatever that's no big deal. My parents' stuff showed up 3 days early, before we even landed in our new state. The driver was in a huff but they technically didn't even own their home here yet so.... tough cookies? My family's stuff, on the other hand, showed up 6 days late. We called, emailed, texted. Nothing. Easter basically had to be postponed for my 4 year old, my husband and I couldn't work for 3 days. And we never heard a peep from our quote guy or the dispatch manager. To say I was furious was an understatement. The only useful person in that office is Joe, who actually picked up the phone and tried to help even though he is brand new. Really disappointing."

"I hired an Allied Mover in Minnesota to deliver furniture from my mother's home. ABC in Boston handled the local delivery on Cape Cod. Several pieces of furniture, which had been crated for shipment, were damaged by someone who carelessly uncrated the furniture with a crowbar leaving obvious gouge marks on dressers and tables. Worse yet, Allied has done NOTHING about this two weeks after I submitted a claim."
