"Don't rent here. Elevator access broken no warning. Can't access my unit. My valuables now sitting in a car. So I spent a lot of money on gas and time loading a cart. No sign on elevator but employee says it has been broken for a month. No text about it? Now This comes after massive rent hike of over $100 more per month than original price. Here's an idea hire managers who can fix elevators themselves and have multiple elevators within a building."

"I would not recommend this storage facility under any circumstance. The elevator and one of the loading docks have been out of service for over a week, which is unacceptable as someone with a second floor unit. There is construction in the lot and it is difficult to enter and exit. There are so many random people wandering through the parking lot I don’t feel safe. It is definitely not facility controlled either. I was just there and my personal thermometer in my unit read 79 degrees. As someone who comes here almost daily I do not see any redeeming qualities of this facility"
