"The station is populated by the rudest, most incompetent creatures in red shirts and hats, whose only function, it seems, is to mock and ignore riders in need. That applies to other Red Line stops--I dread taking it regularly because of them. The last individual I spoke with admitted he didn't even know "the name of the station"; the one before him refused to dial the Lost and Found to inquire about my lost phone ("I'm sure you have other phones.") If you are in a masochistic mood, you should go there to be abused gratis."

"One of the best subways I have experience in the US. The ride from the airport to the subway is free which wa.a big help for a first time traveler to Boston like me. The subway is clean and the trains are clean ad well. It does not have enough seats though. The station has lot of buses to drop off to your destinations as well. This stop has a Chipotle which is helpful if you get hungry."

"A good size station but unfortunately you need to know your direction before entering the station. Otherwise you will end up at the wrong platform. So make sure you choose-wise."
