"I came out of terminal E last night at 9:50pm, found Logan Express yellow signs on the side walk, but the bus didnt arrive even though i assumed that it would make the last trip at 10pm. Schedule does not clearly state when and where is the last pickup from Logan."
"Got on the bus at about 4:10pm from the Prudential stop. A staff guy comes around 4pm to check tickets and he guides passengers when the bus arrives. The bus was about half full - pretty roomy and smooth ride. Got to Terminal B at about 4:35pm. There was some traffic but nothing crazy. $3 direct service is a great deal!"
"As we walked up to the stop at Prudential at 2:28 we saw the 2:30 bus pull away. We quickly walked the half mile to the next stop where we found the bus waiting on the curb. We boarded, had to wait ten minutes, had to go to our original stop that was scheduled for 3:00, THEN to the airport. Wished we would have just taken the subway!"
"Sunday evening, no traffic waiting for the 6:30PM bus since 6:20 and the bus arrives at 7:15PM, I kid you not. These busses are always late but this time is ridiculous, people are missing their flights because of this "express" service. It's a shame because it could be great. Next time, I'll happily pay the $20 for uber!"
"Regular transit bus with a luggage rack, similar to rental car terminal shuttles. Wait under the huge awning at the entrance to the convention center. Departs every 20 minutes from 5am-9pm. Driver asks if you have a Charliecard and then charges your card accordingly. $7.50 without, $3 with. Visa, MC, AMEX, Diners Club, debit cards accepted. No cash. Paid on board only. Buses are wheelchair accessible."
