Community members are encouraged to host events between September 14 and 22, with a special focus on Sunday, September 15, as the official event day. The City of Cambridge supports neighborhood gatherings with $300 awards and free Play Streets kits, making it easier than ever to bring neighbors together for cookouts, block parties, or service projects.
This past summer, Charles Park played a pivotal role in the vibrant programming offered by the Department of Human Service Programs (DHSP), engaging thousands of local children, youth, and teens in enriching activities.
Please be aware of upcoming events that may affect parking and traffic in the area. Additionally, in observance of the Labor Day Holiday on September 2, city offices and amenities will be closed.
