"I had the easiest storage and move in experience. The place is very clean, very safe, good location. Bill helped me out with the move out process and it was so easy. No stress at all. I felt very comfortable leaving my stuff here and felt no pressure to rush to get my things out because I knew they were safe and clean. Also, they let you keep the lock so it is easier if in the future I need another public storage service in any place of the country. I even go a small refund. Great experience."

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my rental and during that process had the pleasure of speaking with Bill! Bill was kind, understanding, and helped ensure I was refunded the maximum amount possible since I had never used the unit and was only a day past the rental’s start date.
