We enforce state building codes, town zoning codes, and other relevant ordinances to ensure that all buildings are constructed and used safely and properly. Our services include issuing permits for construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, and demolition of buildings and structures, as well as overseeing the installation of equipment and the usage and occupancy of all buildings, structures, and land.

In addition to building services, we offer a wide range of community resources including Cemetery Services, Emergency Fund Donations, Fire Department Services, and Health Department Permits. Financial services such as Motor Vehicle Excise Tax, Personal Property Tax, and Real Estate Tax are also managed through our office. We assist with the distribution of Refuse Bags and Containers, School Fees and Payments, and Yard Waste Permits. For larger projects, we provide Street Dumpster Permits and sell White Goods & CRT/TV Stickers for waste management.
