"No stars may need to be an option here. I drove 28 miles to get there , pre-paid and pre-checked on-line just to be asked for all my information again, was told my credit card would have to be charged again even though I had the receipt showing a paid balance. My time was wasted and I did not get the 6x12 U-Haul I had paid to rent.I was treated incompetent. I called the U-Haul customer service line and Shirley was extremely helpful . She apologized for the inconvenience and hassle . She refunded my money and set me up with another reservation at a different location. Thanks U-Haul for saving this transaction."
