"Last year I tried to have some of my items shipped back home through OnDemand storage and they never made it. The guy who was supposed to be handling my packages asked me if I was "free that night" and right away I had my doubts. He said my packages would arrive in two weeks. Two weeks later-- nothing. I call again and they say to wait a little longer and still nothing. Two months went by and none of my items arrived. I called again and asked to know where my items were and they told me to call FEDEX saying that they were no longer responsible for my package. They were incredibly rude and dismissive, saying "we have plenty of other students we're taking care of" as if my belongings didn't matter. I called FEDEX and they said that they didn't have my package. Turned out my packages were LOST somewhere in OnDemand's storage facility and they didn't update me about it for two months. They didn't end up shipping my things because it became too late, and instead returned my packages to campus A MONTH late(the school year had already begun) and in the wrong room. Too expensive of a service for that messy of an experience. Go with UHaul. Go with UPS. Use pack mules/horses idc. Just don't use OnDemand."
