"City of Cambridge MA started public works at east Cambridge Harvard-windsor st nine months before. Same place they are digging and drilling every day. Terrorizing those people who live around. It is working people’s area. Some people work overnight, some til midnight, some til 2am. They can’t sleep because of the noise, shaking of the building etc. Tap water is dirty. Unsafe to drink. City of Cambridge probably knows when to start works but they don’t have any dade line to finish it. They don’t care about people’s suffering. Worst place to live. We should careful whom we are voting for."
"The guy mowing Longfellow Riverbend park just mowed a special corner just for me to be out of the way while he mows! He just made my morning off on this beautiful day! Thank you!"
"I ended up accidentally dropping my keys in a catch basin, and public works did their best to try and retrieve them that night with a magnet to no luck. The next morning, they were able to get them out from the bottom! Lucky for me the key fob still worked! They were such great people attentively attending to a matter that was a pretty silly mistake. Can’t thank y’all enough for all your hard work you guys do!"
"Our front line workers have earned respect and admiration for their efforts to fight Covid-19. Among so many our sanitation workers deserve a standing ovation for their work. Before and since the outbreak, the men and women who work for the Cambridge Department of Sanitation have through their efforts kept our city clean. Weekly pickup and removal of recycled items, trash and compost is so important to our city and I'd like to thank each and all for their contributions. They are awesome!"
