"Of the various locations in and around the Greater Boston area, the health inspectors from Somerville were the most crooked and criminally corrupt officials in the state. Field health inspectors would harass business owners for no real apparent reasons because they know they can. They never asked for bribes outright but with all the BS they brought complaining about the most ridiculous, nonsensical violations like installing a tiny hand washing sink for example went to show how desperately they wanted some cash to be handed to them because they can make your life miserable because they are city government officials."
