"This is the stop I get off of the 80 to Lechmere to come home from a music lesson. A black bus driver in a dark blue baseball cap passed the stop more than once even though I hit the stop request button and requested to get off at the stop. The machine announced it. The announcement went into one of the driver’s ears and out the other. Completely ignored until I told him that he passed my stop and let me out in the middle of the street. Not optimal service. Other times drivers did stop for me though."
