"The Livible team did an incredible job! They arrived on time and had over 200 sq feet worth of belongings wrapped, photographed, bar coded and loaded into the van in about an hour. "Although this review is a month late, that bears no reflection on the service. Going in I felt so anxious and nervous by the idea of moving. It's my home, my lifelin these tiny boxes. After some unforeseen circumstances the move was very hard and emotional for me and my family. From start to finish the livable team made it very easy from the scheduling flexibility down to actual move. Although the whole team was awesome, I have to take a moment to give a very special shout-out to all the movers. Although my items were packed I still had a few larger items to deal with. Moving can feel so overwhelming and I wanted to cry when they arrived. Sharon, Isaiah and Nate were so patient they didn't make me feel like I had too much. I did not feel judged if anything they made sure to use their words and presence to ensure I felt taken care of. The most required of me was unlocking my door. I just want to thank them personally you really made what I anticipated to be a difficult experience easy and very personable. Many more thanks to the whole team."

"I highly recommend Livible! We were moving some of our things into storage to stage our condo for sale. We looked into PODS but when I found Livible, we knew that was the way to go. I was impressed by their personalized online presence, and by how quickly they answered my questions by text and email. Today Pat, Isaiah, Kevin, and Carleton came and did an amazing job. All four of them were extremely friendly and professional, and took care with our belongings. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend them highly enough!"

"I've had probably 5 or 6 pick-up deliveries with Livible (previously Fetch) since we moved to the area 2 years ago, and each one has been seamless. Their staff has always arrived within the stated delivery window and everyone has taken great care of both the items they were returning to us or picking up to add to our storage. We've had a few minor customer service things come up, and every single time Andrew or Brendan has taken care of it- even offering a credit when there was a minor incorrect detail on our listing, which I really appreciated. Most recently Dan & Nate picked up some baby stuff from us and both were really friendly, arrived on time, and were careful with our things. The pick-up/delivery is so convenient, plus you only pay for what you need and not a whole empty unit. I highly recommend them!"
