Important Voting Deadlines:

- Vote by Mail Application Deadline: August 26, 2024, at 5 p.m. (must be received in office)

- In-Person Early Voting: August 24, 2024 - August 30, 2024

- Vote by Mail Application Deadline: October 29, 2024, at 5 p.m. (must be received in office)

- In-Person Early Voting: October 19, 2024 - November 1, 2024

Our Board of Election Commissioners, comprised of two Democrats and two Republicans, works diligently to certify nomination papers, register voters, and oversee election recounts. They ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, maintaining the integrity of our electoral process.

The Commission's daily operations are supported by full-time and part-time staff, with additional assistance during peak times for voter registration and census processing. We manage over 60,000 active voter records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

Cambridge is divided into different legislative and congressional districts, with representation varying based on your precinct. Our office provides information on your designated State Representative, Senator, and Member of Congress.

For those interested in conducting activities at polling places on Election Day, please note our policy requires obtaining written permission from the building owner and submitting it to the Election Commission at least five business days prior to the election.
