"This is a pretty decent branch. The waits aren’t bad, they are well-supplied, and they have a postage machine. *Edit: Having visited more times now, I can report that sometimes this place is shamefully understaffed and the lines are not well managed.*"

"This has been my post office for 3 years and I go regularly. They handle everything in a professional manner, they know a lot, they are organized and ready to help. I usually don't have to wait for too long. I never had my packages missing and they always get delivered promptly. My package got stuck in another post office (went there by error) and it has been stuck for over 3 week. This post office even helped me out with that. I am so grateful. Every employee is helpful and special thanks to the lovely blonde lady who resembles Stevie Nicks!"

"Today I tried to get fingerprints in the USPS office. There was an extremely unhelpful and incompetent lady. We had to wait 15 minutes for us to help us even though there was no one else in line. When she came she spend 5 minutes talking to her friend instead of helping us. She then did not give us any information and refused to help us until we get it done. I would really hope they would get more competent people. It was very clear she had no idea of what she was doing. If you can go somewhere else to get your fingerprints"

"Walked at 7:59 and was immediately helped by an employee who called out “window” and opened his till for me. Was out by 8:02. After previously waiting 20 minutes in a one person line at the Mt. Auburn to mail a package and over to this location, I was very irritated but the counter staff made me feel better. Excellent service."

"Feb 17, 2024 I went there to ask about my mails never delivered to my address. After hearing my concern, the staff Kishon went inside and back saying his manager will be with me shortly. I got there at 12pm and around 1pm still didnt see any come to help, leaving me stand alone in a corner."
