"I love the town manager Matt and all his staff. Especially my sister Jean Johnson Delois. Assistant town manager. She was instrumental in creating a caring and loving community. Her behind the seens approach created a community of special and supportive people. Helping the needy and creating a place of dignity for all kinds of people that are struggling with their own losses. Yes my sister is the model of caring. She even cared about me. I suffer from mental health issues. She cared. Through her many years of serving this great town of Reading Jean was and is the example of unselfish love of every person in this community. Without Jean Johnson Delios there would not be this great town called Reading. I am so honored and proud of my sister. The town of Reading should be too. I hope Matt and his incredible staff can follow in my sisters footsteps. I know I will. I hold the same standards as my sister. Kathleen Johnson cares. Kindness does matter to me. Without kindness the world would not be a better place. Thank you to my sister. Thank you Jean for caring about me. Love always Kathleen Marie Johnson Loyal sister Forever and ever Kathy"
