"A bit disappointing. Had to call several times to arrange burial of my sister's ashes. Mostly got answering machine. When we finally arranged a date and time and arrived for the burial there was no hole dug. Called the gentleman and he said he had forgotten. He did arrive and claimed the payment and returned later that day to bury the urn."
