"Every single time, there are multiple employees visible out back, but only one customer window opened, even if the line is over 10 people. I've been in line for 35 minutes to drop a package that needs a QR code scanned. Utterly inefficient. Update, 3 months after this 1st review, I also want to complain about one of the mail carriers hiding a damaged and empty delivery and trying to duck out of my business without my noticing."

"The staff is so rude! I was dropping something off today and asked the guy if I could borrow some tape. And he straight up said “are you going to return it? It ain’t borrowing if you can’t return it right?” He handed me the tape anyways so I thought he was joking. But as I was taping my package, he suddenly got really annoyed and accused me of “wasting his tape” cos apparently I “can’t tape.” I used 3 inches of tape tops. Baffled by the treatment I received…"

"Should be zero star. Extremely understaffed with wait time ~ 45 min up and the staff will try his best to reject your shipping and unwilling to help. Avoid this branch at all cost."

"Nightmare. One person working with a line 12+ deep. Manager kept popping in and out of back but refused to help and separately refused to take a passport setup request from someone who waited 20 minutes upon instruction of the other employee. For me, 35 minutes to get... Stamps. Woof."
